As a professional pipe fittings mill, we own lots of advanced production facilities as well as the state-of-the-art inspection equipment.For chemical analysis, We have the equipment of PMI (Positive Material Identification) and chemical analyser.For mechanical inspection, we have universal testing machine to inspect tensile strength,yield strength and elongation. And charpy impact machine is also available for impact tests.For NDT (Non destructive test), 100% X-ray test will be executed on welded fittings and Ultrasonic tests on high yield fittings & chrome moly fittings. If necessary, PT (penetrant test) will also be done in order to avoid the trivial crack at the location of weld seam.For seamless fittings, 100% UT(Ultrasonic test) will be executed. For cold formed tees, MT(Magnetic Particle test) will be required.To meet the requirements of mechanical properties, appropriate heat treatments shall be carried out. The forming temperature of carbon steel and low-tem steel is around 850℃ and far-infrared thermometer is introduced for necessary inspections during the hot forming process of elbows.For some kinds of fittings whose forming temperature may not reach the specified level such as tees,reducers, heat treatment with the temperature more than 620°C (including 620°C) are required.We have two sets of heat treatment furnaces, one is ELECTROHEAT TREATMENT FURNACE and the other is FIRED-GAS HEAT TREATMENT FURNACE, and the working temperature of both furnaces is 1250°C, which can meet the heat treatment requirements to the greatest extent.To execute the process of quenching (a kind of heat treatment), a quenching pool is digged around the location of the furnaces. Generally, quenching is crucial for high yield fittings. To maintain the water temperature inside the pool to the greatest extent, a cooling tower is erected to measure the water temperature, and effective quenching will be extremely important to maintain the mechanical property and internal metallic.
